CORPORATE TRAINING MODELS

Our introductory program is a one month course that promises to have your team working together with an entirely new understanding of responsibility, leadership and effective communication.

With 3 weekly two hour trainings and a one day intensive (usually on the weekend), your team will increase it's effectiveness both internally and externally, creating a broader market base and deeper penetration into existing markets.

The first meeting will focus on the context of the course, and the specific intention of your corporation.  We will then create a foundational understanding of leadership and effective leadership styles.

The second weekly module will focus on communication.  Utilizing a combination of interactive excersizes and conceptual learning, communication is then viewed in a whole new light.

The one day intensive training brings the corporate staff into harmony with their natural flow. They will understand what talents they inately possess and the process of maximizing their effective reach in order to create the maximum wealth building for both personal and corporate effectiveness. 

Then the last module brings all of components of leadership, communication and team building together to create a synergy that will dramatically affect corporate productivity and individual satisfaction.

Programs II and III combine deep experiential processes along with cutting edge business strategies to re-create a business that will integrate into the global community that it is a part of.
